We aim to be a second family to our children and want to work in partnership with parents and others in the community to achieve the best for our children. We are fortunate to receive generous comments from many in our community and selected examples are recorded below. It means a great deal to all of us when people take the time to send us kind messages.

However ??? has loved spending time in your office and actually enjoyed doing the assessments. You put him at total ease and gave him the confidence to do his best.

  • everything you are doing at Mugginton is everything you could be doing & more. You clearly care about the children you teach & want to help your families get through this difficult time. You offer everyone the chance to feedback every week, in person. Again, I don't know any other school offering this. I'm proud to be part of your community & you should all be very proud of everything you are doing.

  • I was gutted that ??? did not complete his full last term at Mugginton & have his Y6 residential, sports day, trips etc but he was so much more ready for the independence of the homework at ecclesbourne, having had to manage & organise his own home learning from the blog during lockdown. That was because of you & your staff.
